World's only oatmeal made from black oatsRecipes
1 part rolled oat
1,5-2 parts liquid (water or milk)
Mix all ingredients and bring to the boil. Let simmer for 30 seconds and add in salt as needed.
Norwegian Overnight Oat
1 part rolled oat
1 part apple juice (preferably not sweet)
Yougurt or kefir.
Mix oat and apple juice and store in the fridge under lid for minimum 4 hours. Mix in some yoghurt or kefir and serve with nuts and fresh fruit of different types. Grated apple with cinnamon is also a good combo.Package Type
